So nice and simple around here today. I thought I'd share my meal plan for the week. After creating a list of "go to" meals last week, I found meal planning to be a lot less daunting. There's a good chance we'll be going out to dinner at some point because my sister in law and her husband are coming into town for a few days but I didn't plan for it just in case it didn't work out.
